Gorgeous Kipper made his way to Thunder Bay finally!!! Huge thanks to Paws for Love for accepting this beauty, who has had a terrible life previous to coming into our care. He was extremely feral, full of lice, had a pretty awful digestive issue and was sick. In and out of the vet and foster care, we were finally able to get him the help he needs. He flourished into a wonderful dog and is in loving foster care in Thunder Bay.
