2018 Spay & Neuter Clinic – Split Lake, Manitoba

Over the weekend of April 6th – 9th, Save A Dog Network Canada held our first Spay & Neuter Clinic of 2018 in the remote northern community of Tataskweyak Cree Nation!!

We are proud to announce that this has been our most successful clinic to date, with a total of 69 dogs and cats spayed or neutered! Our team consisted of twelve volunteers, including the fantastic Dr. Rebecca Zettler and Dr. Kirstin Macdonald, and the level of community involvement and support we received truly warms our hearts here at SADN – our team had so much fun meeting everyone and could not have done it without the support of the awesome people of this community!

These resources are so important to the health and safety of Split Lake, Manitoba, and we just couldn’t be happier to have been able to provide vetting resources to those who otherwise would not be able to access the care and resources needed for their animals.

A big shout-out of thanks also goes to Spirit of Hope Rescue, for accepting 19 puppies from us! You are truly appreciated and good luck helping these little ones find their forever homes.

2018 Spay & Neuter Clinic a success!!
